Eagles - 'Certain Kind of Fool' (lyrics in description)

Love both of these songs, but "Certain Kind of Fool" and "Wild One, Forever" are awfully similar. (Eagles' was many years earlier)

If a sleazy manager told an artist to steal this Eagles song, but make it their own, when they heard "Wild One, Forever" they would say, "I thought I told you to make it your own? Only the lyrics are different."
